Thursday Turn Out - 2/5/2026
This week has been “feast or famine” in terms of what I’ve gotten done: I started the week by knocking out most of my coding objectives (the reelshot still ignores elevation) but slowed down once my work duties started picking up again. I didn’t stop, mind you, as I know momentum is crucial to my work ethic. I just haven’t accomplished as much as I did when there was ice on the roads and I was stuck at home. Weird, isn’t it?
Regardless, enemies now respawn, even after Zel teleports:

I’m pretty stinking proud of that.
I’m going to spend my remaining mornings working on the reelshot elevation issue, but I don’t know if I’ll get it done. We’re attending a Mardi Gras parade on Saturday, and I’ve committed to cook for the group. Saturday is a prime game development day for me during the school year, so I’m not sure how much I can actually get done. At the very least, I can bring my iPad and work on more concept art. I kinda need Zel in different poses if I want to animate her well.
